A: For our welcome drinks on Friday, we kindly request smart casual attire. Smart casual attire: Dark jeans or chinos, button-up shirt, optional jacket for men and cocktail/midi dress for women. For our wedding on Saturday, we kindly request that you wear black-tie optional attire. Black-tie attire: Tuxedo for men and gown for women. Optional attire: Dark (black or navy) suit & tie for men and tea-length dress for women. Ladies, October in Maine can be chilly, so we recommend bringing a wrap or shawl for warmth. Block heels or flats are also a great choice, as the ceremony takes place on a stone pathway and dinner will be on a lawn.

A: Yes. Transportation to Flanagan Farm will be at 2:30pm sharp. Please meet shuttles at one of the three pick-up/drop-off locations: AC Hotel Portland Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown, Residence Inn Portland Downtown.

A: We’ll be serving family-style dining at our wedding. When you receive your invitation, you’ll have the opportunity to inform us of any allergies we should be aware of.

A: We have decided not to arrange rooms blocks for our wedding. However, there are several hotels in the area listed under Accommodations. We recommend booking rooms early to secure your stay. Thanks for understanding!
