October is a beautiful and popular time to visit Maine, especially during peak fall foliage. We strongly encourage you book your accommodations as early as possible. Depending on the hotel, you are able to reserve rooms about a year in advance.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a wonderful option known for it's waterfront location in the heart of Portland. This hotel is conveniently located across the street from our Welcome Drinks venue and will also serve as a transportation pick-up/drop-off location.

The Residence Inn is a fantastic option for those hoping to stay central to downtown Portland. It is a 7 minute walk from our Welcome Drink Venue and the third and final transportation pick-up/drop-off location.
